Ms. Charles-Rennie is a Project Manager at McKing Consulting with responsibility for overseeing our international field support team. She has worked in the field of public health supporting McKing’s international work for over 12 years and has extensive experience planning, executing, and closing projects; developing and managing budgets; planning activities and resources; managing reports; and efficiently providing corrective measures.

Ms. Charles-Rennie has supported McKing staff and consultants in over 60 countries. She currently manages over 150 international field consultants and is responsible for the international recruitment process, negotiating work contracts, and overseeing the deployment of consultants to international locations.

Ms. Charles-Rennie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and a Pre-Law certification from St. Andrews Presbyterian College.
