Mr. McCliggott has over 40 years of experience in the federal government sector as a senior-level executive officer for both private and public organizations. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, Vice President of Marketing, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and/or Controller to a significant number of corporations.

Mr. McCliggott is a Certified Public Accountant whose experience includes working at an international CPA firm as an independent auditor and the U.S. Department of Defense as a DCAA auditor.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University, and a law degree from Georgetown University.

Mr. McCliggott is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
