Ms. Jackson is a health marketing and digital communication expert with 20 years’ experience in consulting, nonprofit, and government sectors, including 10+ years of experience providing communication leadership and support for CDC. Ms. Jackson has created successful public health programs and has been repeatedly recognized for her achievements in project strategy, communication planning and development, and campaign execution.
In her current role Ms. Jackson serves as a Vice President at McKing Consulting and is responsible for the successful fiscal and operational management of large-scale, multifaceted digital communication and marketing contracts, including a national initiative for the Let’s Stop HIV Together program and a health education project designed to raise awareness of TB prevention and eradication. She is also responsible for leading business development efforts, including annual revenue goals and benchmarking for new business
Prior roles leading teams in the health insurance sector and government arena have provided Ms. Jackson with extensive experience in applying behavioral science and health communication theories to affect individual and community-level change, leading the evaluation efforts of large-scale projects, and driving business development efforts for multimillion-dollar contracts.
Ms. Jackson is an Agile Certified SCRUM Master and Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt certified. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health.
