Mr. Duignan is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in corporate and program management, business development, and technology solutions. As a Vice President for McKing, Mr. Duignan specializes in developing strategic and operational plans while executing management solutions aligned with mission goals for the firm’s government and commercial clients.
During his career, Mr. Duignan has managed critical homeland security and public health preparedness/response programs for the federal government including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and numerous agencies and institutes under the purview of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. As a business leader, Mr. Duignan consistently identifies strategies demanded by rapidly changing markets and an ever-evolving technology landscape. Prior to joining McKing, Mr. Duignan spent over fifteen years serving as Chief Operating Officer for a government contracting consulting firm, overseeing corporate operations and developing mature business processes that resulted in dramatic growth in key markets and capabilities.
Mr. Duignan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from The Catholic University of America.
